Computer Trends Canada Inc. was founded by one Calgary entrepreneur who saw an opportunity to provide customers looking to purchase a computer, just what they were asking for; brand name systems at great prices in conjunction with an outstanding service and warranty program.

June 1,1991 the doors opened to our first retail store, under the banner name, Calgary Computer Exchange Ltd. This was quickly followed by a second Alberta location in Edmonton called PC Exchange Ltd. With a solid business plan and financial strategy to expand into other markets, it was decided that a national brand name was required. Known as an industry leader in trend-setting approaches to customer service, low prices and after purchase support, Computer Trends Canada was born. Having the capability to track inventory in real time allows us greater control on cost-effective methods to deliver greater savings and selection to our customers.
