Earning Potential:  $40,000 = $65,000+
 

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
 

·         Providing an outstanding customer experience

·         Working with a team of Sales Representatives to meet and exceed personal and store sales targets

·         Ensuring our clients receive exceptional after-sales service.

·         Store merchandising and operational tasks
 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·         Excellent interpersonal skills: clearly communicates and effectively listens to clients wants, needs and desires.

·         High integrity, reliable, professional outlook

·         Commitment to client satisfaction

·         Accuracy and attention to detail

·         2+ years in a commission based retail environment would be an asset

·         A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.

·         Ability to develop rapport with clients and team-mates to maintain strong working relationships

·         Clear understanding of the sales process and a proven ability to close sales

·         Ability to work in a fast paced environment

·         A full comprehensive training program in Computers will be provided – no Computer Experience is necessary!

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

·         Ensuring our clients receive exceptional after-sales service.

·         Diagnosing, trouble-shooting and repairing computer and laptop systems

·         Complete all required paperwork, work orders, test and maintenance reports

·         Prepare cost estimates

Computer Trends Canada Inc. is a retail/wholesale company specializing the sale and service of computer hardware and accessories.  Currently with 11 locations across western Canada and rapidly expanding, this company offers a superior work environment with fantastic potential for advancement.

SALARY RANGE: $70,000 to $120,000  

Base, Bonus &Commission.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.  

• Results driven attitude

• Sound understanding of the sales process

• Excellent customer service and closing skills

• Proven ability to coach a team of highly motivated sales representatives to improve their sales success

• A determined desire to be number one

DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Meeting or exceeding sales targets by providing an exceptional customer service experience

• Managing all store activities to maximize sales

• Managing cash, inventory levels, merchandising, aged inventory and shrinkage

• Ensuring high levels of customer service and support

• Hiring, training, and coaching all team members to achieve their targets

• Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures

• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge

• Adherence  to companies Policies and Procedures
